1. General Use and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access and use of the kg7 platform at kg7.app, including all games, betting markets, account features, and support services available on the site.

By completing the registration process and creating an account, you are confirming that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register or continue using the platform.

kg7 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use kg7, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of account use.
• You must not already hold an active kg7 account. One account per person is permitted.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been previously excluded from the kg7 platform.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. You are required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process before full account access is granted. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

kg7 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its discretion without providing a reason.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kg7 account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any other person.

Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without your permission, you must contact kg7 support immediately at [email protected]. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

kg7 uses SSL encryption and OTP mobile verification to protect your account. These are safeguards on our end — your responsibility is to use a secure device, avoid public Wi-Fi for transactions, and not share your login information.

You must not attempt to access another player's account, manipulate platform systems, or use any software or method to gain an unfair advantage. Such activity will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on the kg7 platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The accepted deposit and withdrawal channels are GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods.

Deposits are credited to your kg7 wallet once confirmed through the relevant payment channel. Processing times vary by method and are outside of kg7's direct control once a transaction has been submitted through a third-party payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the verified account or e-wallet associated with your kg7 profile. For security purposes, withdrawals can only be sent to payment details that match your verified identity. kg7 will not process withdrawal requests to accounts held under a different name.

Transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits that are displayed at the time of the transaction. You are responsible for reviewing these limits before submitting a transaction. kg7 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain amounts.

Deposits made in error may be reviewed upon written request to [email protected], but kg7 is not obligated to reverse transactions that have already been applied to gameplay.

5. Game Play and Betting Conduct

The kg7 platform offers slots, live casino games, sports betting, live in-play betting, and eBingo. Each category may have additional specific rules that apply to individual games or markets, which are made available at the point of play.

You agree to use the platform for personal entertainment only. The following conduct is prohibited:

Sports betting markets are settled according to official results from recognised governing bodies. In the event of a disputed outcome, kg7's decision on settlement will be final.

kg7 reserves the right to void bets or restrict gameplay if it determines that a breach of these conduct rules has occurred.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, kg7 may make bonus offers, free bet credits, or other promotions available to registered players. Any such offer will be subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion.

General rules that apply to all bonus and promotional activity on kg7:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.
• kg7 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any bonus funds that are found to have been obtained through abuse of promotions may be voided, along with any associated winnings.

kg7 does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific promotion. Promotional offers are made at kg7's discretion and are not a right of account holders.

7. Responsible Gaming

kg7 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, technical errors, or events outside our control, including network outages or third-party payment processing delays.

kg7 is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to follow these Terms, including losses arising from shared account credentials or use of the platform on unsecured devices.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kg7's total liability to any account holder in connection with the platform is limited to the value of funds held in that player's kg7 wallet at the time the claim arises.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

kg7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

• Breach of any part of these Terms.
• Provision of false identity or payment information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Abusive conduct towards staff or other players.
• Requested self-exclusion by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. In cases where no breach has been found, remaining balances will be returned to the verified payment details on file.
